No Refund Policy & Statutory Rights

At Avatar Promotions Limited, we operate under a strict no-refund policy for all our AI video avatar services and digital products. Once a purchase is completed and payment is processed, refunds will not be provided except as required by applicable law.

Statutory Cancellation Rights (UK & EU Consumers)

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations and EU consumer law, consumers normally have a 14-day cooling-off period to cancel purchases of digital services or content.

However, because our AI video avatar technology provides immediate access to digital assets, by completing a purchase, allocating credits to your account, or initiating custom avatar generation, you expressly request immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that you lose your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal/cancellation. If you do not wish to waive this 14-day cancellation right, you must not proceed with the purchase, as instant access to our digital tools cannot be granted without this waiver.
